After building homes for over 50 years, we are now considered the premier development company for affordable homes in the Staten Island, New York area. At The Naso Organization, we believe that quality is the most important factor when developing our projects, and it shows the moment you step inside of any one of our beautiful homes.
The Naso Organization builds affordable one and two family homes for working class families throughout Staten Island. We provide superior quality homes for our clients through quality construction and the most state-of-the-art-products in the housing industry, helping them to achieve their dream of homeownership.
The Naso Organization has been building homes for working class families since 1965. We encourage the American dream of “home ownership” and “opportunities.” We achieve this through using the most experienced contractors in the home building industry coupled with diligent supervision. We strive to be recognized as a professional, high quality and ethical home building company. We are passionate about exceeding expectations in design, style, value, and customer satisfaction.
The Naso Organization was founded by Vincenzo Naso in 1965 in Brooklyn, New York. The company began by building detached homes in College Point, Queens and to date has built over 1,000 homes throughout Staten Island, Brooklyn and Queens. The company has survived four recessions in an industry where others have closed their doors and businesses.
Frank Naso, Vincenzo’s son and president of the Naso organization, has been working with his father ever since he was in high school. Following his passion for business, he pursued a Bachelors Degree in Finance and a Master of Science Degree in Real Estate Development and Investment.
Community involvement is a high priority in The Naso Organization. Frank was recently elected to serve as the Chairman of the Board of the Building Industry Association of NYC, Inc., and is also a Past President. He is currently a Cabinet Member for the Staten Island Economic Development Corp (SIEDC). He served as Chairman of the 2003 Chamber of Commerce Building Awards. He is a recipient of the 2002 Good Scout Award from the Staten Island chapter of the Boy Scouts of America. He received the 2003 Award for Outstanding Community Service from the Eden II School for Autistic Persons. In 2005, he received an award from the College of Staten Island’s ISOLA. He is a member of the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce, and is an active supporter of the Boy Scouts of America, Eden II, Community Resource Center, Project Hospitality, the March of Dimes, the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, and many other local organizations. In 2009 Frank served as the Ambassador for the Staten Island Economic Development Corp’ s Annual Conference.
Always looking to expand his considerable knowledge of the building industry, Frank pursued, and was granted, the official designations of Graduate Master Builder and Certified Green Professional by the National Association of Home Builders.
The certified Graduate Builder Designation is designed to emphasize business and project management skills as the key to professional building operation, and the Certified Green Professional designation teaches the incorporation of green-building principles into homes without driving up the cost of construction.
When asked about his certifications, Mr. Naso said, “even though I’ve been building for years, I found that every course I’ve taken has given me knowledge to improve my business, and therefore give my customers an even better product. It was a lot of work, but all the information I absorbed is invaluable.”
